Your safety is our priority. And during the COVID-19 pandemic it’s critical that the pickup and delivery of all orders should be contact-free and that you maintain a safe distance of at least 2 metres from others, including other riders, at all times. This will help keep everyone healthy.
We’re pleased to be able to provide riders across the UK with free face masks and hand sanitiser that you can use whenever you ride.
In order to claim a free PPE kit, you must have completed at least 1 order with Deliveroo in the past 3 weeks and have an active rider account. Each kit will last for around 10 weeks. You can order a replacement set a couple of weeks in advance of your kit running out.
