We’re now working with partners selling retail, pharmacy and other non-food products. These orders are often in-between meal times, which means they’re a great way to earn more outside of our regular peak hours.
These orders are offered and completed through the rider app in exactly the same way as food orders, and it's your choice whether you choose to accept them. If you do choose to accept orders from shops and pharmacies here are a few things to remember:
- Always make sure the bags are sealed, and if the bag hasn’t been sealed let a member of staff at the shop know.
- What a customer orders is private - please don’t tamper with or look inside the bag.
- Make sure that you’re always respectful to the customer when delivering any orders.
- Keep customer data safe – never film or photograph customers, never share a customer’s details with anyone else, and never contact a customer when you’re not completing an order for them.
