Deliveroo Euro 2024 Terms and Conditions

1. These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to the Deliveroo Euro 2024 Rider Partnership Incentive Terms and Conditions (“Promotion”). By taking part in this Promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Terms and by the Deliveroo Terms of Service at https://deliveroo.co.uk/legal.
2. Promotion Period: The Promotion will run from 00:01 (UK time) Friday 14th June 2024 until 23:59 (UK time) Sunday 14th July 2024 (“Promotion Period”), unless stated otherwise by selected Promoters. 
3. Eligibility: The Promotion is open to legal residents of England, Scotland and Wales aged 18 or over (“Eligible Participants”). The following persons are not eligible to enter the Promotion: (i) any employee or other individual engaged by the Promoter or any of its associated companies; (ii) members of the immediate family and/or household (whether related or not) of any of those individuals; and (iii) anyone else professionally involved with the operation or administration of the Incentive. 
4. In order to qualify for the Promotion, Eligible Participants must show their logged in Deliveroo rider app to the listed Promotor. The Promotion can be claimed once per rider per day whilst riders are working and picking up an order, at the Promoters staff discretion.
5. Riders will have the opportunity to receive complimentary drinks, sides or take part in a loyalty program - contingent upon discretion of the Promoters.
6. Promoters have the right to refuse the promotion to riders who they deem to be abusing the offer, or who do not collect from them. The rider should be collecting an order from that store, however if a rider goes in with their logged in app then the staff can fulfil the offer at their discretion if they don’t believe the rider is abusing the offer or has not created a bad experience for the staff before or on an ongoing basis.
7. There is no cash or other alternative to these promotions in whole or in part. 
8. The Promoter reserves the right to amend or suspend this Promotion due to events or circumstances arising beyond its control and, where necessary, to undertake all such action as is reasonable to protect itself against fraudulent or invalid redemptions including, without limitation, to require further verification as to the identity, age, and other relevant details of a customer. Where reasonably possible, any changes will be communicated by way of a post on this page and/or via the Promoter's social pages.
9. This Promotion is open to any active Deliveroo rider in the United Kingdom at participating restaurant and grocery partners. 
10. These terms apply to all participants. If any entrant does not agree with them, they should not participate. A hard copy of these can be printed or a copy requested by post, by sending a stamped self-addressed envelope to the Promoted.

13. These Terms are governed by English Law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
14. If any part of these Terms is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the validity, legality and enforceability of the rest of these Terms will not be affected. The Promoter’s failure to enforce any term of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of that provision.
