Introducing the Rider Checklist

Our priority is your overall experience riding with us. We’ve been making lots of improvements to the rider app to improve your delivery experience.

We’re building on these improvements by introducing a new checklist that you’ll need to complete in order to go online. For now, these checks only include confirming your correct phone number, so that you can contact the customer when you need to.

You’ll see the checklist in the rider app before you go online. Simply tap the banner and complete the items in your checklist in order to go online. You can edit your phone number in the app if you need to. It’s easy and will only take a minute or two to complete.

Once you complete the checklist, you can go online and complete orders as usual.
