Last month we announced the creation of a £50 million Community Fund alongside Deliveroo’s Rider Thank You Fund. This £50 million will be used to invest in initiatives to support local communities, restaurants, and riders like you.
We want to ensure we invest in areas that are important to you and continue to find new ways to improve your experience with Deliveroo. To help shape these ideas together, we’re launching an in-depth consultation process that we encourage all riders who work with us across the UK to take part in.
Everyone who completes the survey will be automatically entered into a prize draw to win one of three £100 Deliveroo vouchers, with winners to be announced next Monday, 12 April.
We also want to discuss your priorities and ideas with you in person. In addition to asking you to share your thoughts with us through online surveys, Deliveroo will host a series of Rider Roadshow events this Spring! These events will include focus group sessions that will help to further inform how we invest the Community Fund. Spaces for these sessions will be limited, so we’ll send you an email with details on how you can secure a place nearer the time.
We are so grateful for all the feedback riders like you have shared with us since the company was founded in 2013 - feedback that has enabled us to create the riding experience tens of thousands of riders enjoy today.
Your insights have helped us to make countless improvements such as allowing customers to tip you after their order has been delivered, and giving you the option to cash out your earnings at any time through the app. Thank you for your ongoing support, and we’re so excited to start building the future of riding with you.
