If you log in to the Rider app between 2 December and 24 December, you’ll get the chance to win amazing prizes every two days!

Prizes include £5, £10 or £15 in Deliveroo credit, £25 or £50 in Kit Store vouchers. We'll also share information about a variety of our top Rider Perks to bring some festive savings your way!

Terms & Conditions

These are the terms and conditions ("Rules") that apply to the Roo’s Festive Countdown (the “Campaign”). By participating in the Campaign, each entrant agrees to these Rules.  

1. Promoter: Roofoods Ltd ("Deliveroo"), a company registered in England and Wales with registered number 08167130. Our registered address is The River Building, Level 1 Cannon Bridge House, London EC4R 3TE. 

2. Eligibility: The Campaign is open to riders in the UK who are main account holders  (“Riders”). From the 2nd to 24th December 2024, upon logging into the Deliveroo Rider app, Riders will be able to open a new door every two days with a chance to win a reward. A prize is only available each day behind the door for that day. Riders can open doors for previous days, but will not be able to win a prize unless they open the door on the day it appears.

The rewards that can be won each day are: 

• £5, £10, or £15 Deliveroo credit; and
• A £25 or £50 Rider Kit Store voucher.

Deliveroo credit and Kit Store vouchers expire on 31/12/24 and minimum spends apply to Deliveroo credit.

Winners will be selected at random each day, and there are over 5000 prizes to be won during the promotion. Riders who do not win a reward that day will be presented with information about a current rider perk.

Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is available. Deliveroo reserves the right to cancel or amend the Campaign if necessary. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Deliveroo is not liable for any loss or damage arising from participation in the Campaign .
