One of the key features of Flare is the SOS feature. If you feel unsafe whilst doing deliveries, you can discreetly send your location to an emergency contact of your choice, enhancing your safety whilst on the road.
How does it work?
- You will need to download the app following your dedicated link below. Please note: You can only access Flare via the app.
- Set up your emergency contact details in the app in just a few clicks. If you have an incident on the road, the app will notify your emergency contact and automatically notify Deliveroo rider support.
- Flare will be automatically switched on when you ride, giving you peace of mind in the case of an accident or incident on the road.
- As mentioned above, if you ever feel unsafe, you can activate an SOS within the app to discreetly send your location.
