Sometimes, we run into technical problems. This happens rarely, but if it does happen it may mean you may be unable to go online for a short time while we fix the problem.
If the app goes down, we’ll send you a message as soon as we’re aware of the problem. And we’ll send you another one as soon as we’re back up and running.
If you are online when an outage occurs we’ll add a goodwill payment to your next invoice. If the outage takes place over our peak or super-peak times you’ll receive £15, and if the outage occurs at any other time you’ll receive £10.
