For 2025 sign-ups, all riders can access the £11/month plan without needing to complete 25 super peak orders until the end of the year as part of a promotional offer. After the offer period, standard pricing applies.

The £11 plan is a special discount for riders who complete 25 or more super peak deliveries in the quarter. Super peak deliveries are between 6pm-9pm on Fridays and Saturdays, you can read more about them here. 

If you haven’t delivered 25 super peak orders in the last quarter, you are still able to claim the £15 a month mobile plan. 

If you don’t reach 25 super peak orders, your plan automatically switches to £15 a month in the next quarter. 

For example, if you complete 40 super peak orders in January-March, you’ll be signed up to the £11 a month plan for April-June . If you only complete 12 super peak orders in July-September, your plan will switch over to the £15 a month plan for October-December.

Don’t worry — if you complete 25 or more super peak orders in the future, you’ll go back to paying £11 again.
