What do I need to know about challenges?

Do I need to accept the challenge to participate?

Yes, if there is an accept button, you need to accept the challenge to take part and be eligible for the per order cash payment. You’re always free to choose which orders to accept  — the challenge percentage rate is only used to determine eligibility for relevant challenges.

How do I accept the challenge? Accept the challenge by tapping the ‘Accept challenge’ button in the app or in the email. You need to do this before the end of the challenge. Only orders completed after you have accepted the challenge will count towards your eligible total.

Which deliveries count towards the challenge?

Only deliveries that:

  • Are delivered within the challenge period
  • Are delivered successfully (not cancelled/unassigned/incomplete due to any reason)

Orders delivered outside these conditions will not count towards the challenge.

When and where will the extra money be paid?

Any extra money earnt will be added directly to your rider fee account on the next rider fee day.

Is this paid on top of other offers?

Yes. Challenge earnings are paid on top of any other fee boosts and will be added to your rider fee account, available on your next fee day.

How will my challenge percentage rate be calculated?

If your challenge is based on challenge percentage rate, it will be:

Orders accepted and delivered ÷ orders offered, calculated across the full challenge period.

You’re always free to choose which orders to accept — challenge percentage rate is only used to determine eligibility for relevant challenges.

For example: offered 30 orders, complete 27 = 90% → earn £81 extra

What if I don't reach the challenge percentage?

If you don’t reach the required minimum percentage, you won’t qualify for the per order cash payment.

How do stacked orders count?

All orders in a stacked order count individually. For example, a stacked order with two orders counts as two offered orders. Completing both orders counts as two accepted orders. Delivering one and unassigning from the other counts as one accepted and one rejected order. This applies to orders offered together as a stack, and also applies to single orders that become a stack once you arrive and are waiting at the partner.

What is the exact start and end time of each challenge?

The exact start and end time of each challenge is clearly displayed in the emails and inapp messages we will send you.

Is this available to all riders?

No. Challenges are only available to randomly selected riders and can’t be shared or transferred.
