You’ll see the checklist in the rider app before you go online, in the same place where you’ll receive a prompt to complete the identity verification. Simply tap the banner and complete the vehicle and phone number confirmations in order to go online. You can edit your phone number in the app if you need to. It’s easy and will only take a minute or two to complete.

Once you complete the checklist, you can go online and complete orders as usual.
