If suspicious activity is detected on your rider account, which indicates potential misuse of the rider app, your rider account may be temporarily put on hold for your protection, whilst we look into it.
Examples of suspicious activity can include the manipulation of travel or location data in the rider app or behaviour that demonstrates there was no intention to ever deliver the order to the customer.
While your rider account is on hold, you’ll be unable to go online in the rider app to complete deliveries or use the cash out feature.
When suspicious activity is detected on a rider account, we make sure to treat each case with fairness and care throughout the process of investigating and reviewing access to the rider app.
