How do I deliver a non-food shopping order?

You should treat these orders just like any other order – you’ll see the fee, partner and customer location in the app upfront and you have complete freedom over whether you choose to accept the order.

Your Deliveroo kit will help to transport these orders safely and in good condition. You should make sure you always carry a bag that meets our minimum size and safety requirements to deliver these orders well. 

Make sure to pack all orders carefully to avoid any damage to the items, especially for delicate orders like flower bouquets. If an item is too big or you can't carry an order safely and securely with the bag you have, you should unassign through the app or contact Rider Support for help.

For gifts, ask for the confirmation code at the door as usual. As with all orders, it’s very important to keep orders sealed and respect customer privacy.
