What is a stacked order?

Stacked orders are orders for different customers at the same time. They’ll be offered to you in the rider app and you can choose to accept or reject them, just like regular orders. With stacked orders, you can collect multiple orders from the same restaurant or retailer, and deliver them to customers that live nearby each other – which means you can earn more in less time!

Collecting stacked orders
At the restaurant or retailer, you can confirm the order numbers in the rider app and speak with the staff to check whether all the order items are included and packed securely in separate bags.

When delivering stacked orders, it’s important to keep them apart and securely packed in the bags from the restaurant. Avoiding mixing orders will prevent cross-contamination and serious harm to customers with allergies.

Riding safely
Your safety is our priority, and that includes when you’re on the road delivering orders. Taking care when riding to the customer helps to prevent spills and ensure the food arrives undamaged.

With the customers
It’s important to deliver the correct order to each customer. It helps to double-check the order number in the rider app at the customer’s door, before dropping off the order.

Remember, keeping stacked orders separate is extremely important to prevent the risk of contaminating the food. This is critical for customers who suffer from allergies – it could save their life.
